• Lease advisory for Siemens Gamesa, 2,000 m2 office in the Hague

• Lease and multi-tenancy advisory for V-tech Electronics, 850 m2 office  in Weert

• Lease acquisition for Damco Netherlands B.V., 2,600 m2 office in Rotterdam

• Re-negotiation for Bouwinvest REIM B.V., 5,500 m2 office in Amsterdam including procesmanagement of renovation, workplace consultancy design and total refurbishment of the building (during which the tenant conyinued to occupy the building)

• Lease acquisition for Global Collect Services B.V., 8,500 m2 office in Hoofddorp

• Nationale Nederland a.i. Masterplan Housing > centralization of office functions and big decrease of m2 leased area (approx. 100,000 m2) by means of implementing New Ways of Working, FTE decrease and transforming single tenant offices into multi-tenant offices (shared facilities).

• Pon a.i. Commercial property and transactionmanager. As transaction manager and advisor responsible for Sale & Leaseback part of the freehold portfolio (transaction value approx. EUR 45 mio). Negotiations and rental support. Due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Advising the Director Real Estate (a.o. recruitment) and the Holding Director (a.o. development and professionalization of CRE department).

• Pharos Foundation. Counselling for headoffice > organizing workshop housing, schedule of requirements, location survey, request for proposals, lease negotiations and lease new headoffice of 1,100 m2.

• ING Facility Management/Corporate and Local Real Estate Management a.i. Manager asset management LREM. Also commercial property manager and project manager for “Project Readiness”. Responsible for making ING's property portfolio (own use) ready for the split into a bank and an insurance company according to the rules set for the split. Managed to split the portfolio without any rent increases or lease extensions. 

• Diverse advisory works in the field of Corporate Real Estate Management, transaction management and ‘Tenant Rep’. Fulfilling several roles over time: consultant, project and process manager, client manager and transaction manager.
