About Me
After finishing his Masters degree at the University of the West of England in Bristol, United Kingdom, Brian started to work as a valuer in the real estate industry. At valuations his focus was on the residential investment market. His clients were institutional and private investors, family offices and developers. Brian has also experience working at an Pan-European investor responsible for the German and Dutch portfolio.
Since 2020 Brian is part of the Colliers Capital Markets team, his focus is on Residential investments, advising clients in acquisitition / disposition processes.
Brian has advised developers, family offices, institutional investors and international investors with several residential transactions, such as development opportunities, existing buildings and portfolios.
