Joined Colliers International in November 2011 as Managing Director for our Miami based Latin America Corporate Services Division. Fernando came to Colliers from Nortel Networks Corporate Real Estate, where he acted as Director of Corporate Real Estate Operations for Latin America and the Caribbean (CALA) since 1994. In his role at Nortel, Fernando was responsible for all Real Estate Operations that included; asset management, project management, facility and property management. With a diverse Real Estate portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 sqft with presence in most of the Latin American counties, this included office, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. In his years at this role, Fernando managed multiple cycles of accelerated growth as well as downsizing.
My experience in Real Estate comprises six years in the area of Valuation and Advisory.
Having performed 1,000+ appraisal reports of fee simple, leased fee and lease hold estates. Some of the tasks include market surveys, feasibility studies and property condition assessment reports of numerous assets as well as large property portfolios.
Participated in the consultation of non-performing loan portfolios of Mexican banks and mortgage institutions.

Fernando joined Colliers International team in 2006 as a industrial market analyst. In 2008 served as manager of the Market Research & Marketing division.
In 2010, with the prior Industrial market knowledge and experience, moved to the brokerage area, focusing on tenant representation, site selection, relocation and built to suit projects in the Northeast zone of Mexico.
