Inicié mi carrera profesional a los 19 años, ingresé a Bancomer como cajera y tuve la oportunidad de desarrollarme en el área comercial durante 5 años, cerré mi periodo en Bancomer como Ejecutiva de Cuenta, ¡y fue una experiencia increíble!

Después entré a una empresa de seguridad privada, ahí formé experiencia en Recursos Humanos y manejo de personal, ¡algo que me encantó! Después me integré al equipo de Telcel, donde inicié como Becaria en Marketing, y obtuve un contrato de planta como Ejecutiva de Ventas en un CAC. Cerré mi circulo en Telcel por obtener una oportunidad en Colgate, una magnifica empresa, fue la primera en creer en mi en el área de Cuentas por Cobrar, trabajé en el equipo de México y tuve como clientes al Gobierno, tiendas departamentales y bodegas pequeñas dentro de la CDMX.

Actualmente me encuentro feliz de estar laborando en Colliers, también en el área de Cuentas por Cobrar.

Joined Colliers International in November 2011 as Managing Director for our Miami based Latin America Corporate Services Division.  Fernando came to Colliers from Nortel Networks Corporate Real Estate, where he acted as Director of Corporate Real Estate Operations for Latin America and the Caribbean (CALA) since 1994.  In his role at Nortel, Fernando was responsible for all Real Estate Operations that included; asset management, project management, facility and property management. With a diverse Real Estate portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 sqft with presence in most of the Latin American counties, this included office, industrial, and manufacturing facilities.  In his years at this role, Fernando managed multiple cycles of accelerated growth as well as downsizing.

- Attend at all times the requirements (operational and administrative) of the Property Manager for optimal project performance.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, tenants and suppliers in charge.

- Meet the requirements of the tenants of the different properties

- Attend and coordinate the provision of services for real estate, coordinating and supervising the specialized personnel and suppliers in charge, as well as the work they perform.

- Support in the preparation of the budget corresponding to the portfolios of properties on which it supports.

- Manage payments related to the contracted services of the properties of your portfolio, in accordance with the policies of the company and / or customers.

- Develop and process comparisons of services, materials, equipment, etc. and follow up accordingly.

- Back up files, reports, documents and materials

- Enter the project information in the different systems.

- Providing our clients and tenants with the best service possible.
