Accounts with broad experience in the real estate market having carried out directive positions in important business groups such as PepsiCo, Sanborns Group, ASUR, Bancomext and GICSA. His experience includes development, leasing and management of shopping centers. In 2010 he´s appointed Director of the Retail Listing division at Colliers. Negotiated over 1000 lease contracts for over 60 projects like regional malls, airport terminals, cruise ship terminals, power centers, life style centers, strip centers, including anchor stores, nationals, regionals and locals, renewals, relocations or termination agreements.
Main transactions closed in the last two years: COSTCO in Leon, SORIANA in Leon, CHEDRAUI in Mexico City and Los Cabos, BEST BUY in San Luis Potosi and Leon. Awarded in 2016 and 2017 as top broker by leading the highest number of retail lease transacciont in Mexico.
