About Me
27 years of professional experience in the real estate and urban area, both in the public and in the private sector, and I have participated in several specializations of the sector.
From 2012 to September 2016, I worked as a General Director of Policy and Real Estate Management in the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets (INDAABIN), where I was also a General Director of Appraisals from 2011 to 2012. From 2006 to 2011 I was Real Estate Marketing Coordinator and Manager of Grupo Comercial Chedraui. I worked in real estate consultancy company CB Richard Ellis, in its offices in Mexico, as Business Services Marketing and Property Management Director from 2002 to 2006. I was a founding partner of Análisis Integral Inmobiliario S.C. in 2001, where I was involved until 2002. From 1998 to 2001 I worked as Assistant Director of Property Management in Real Estate Group at Nacional Financiera, S.N.C. I worked at Banco Mexicano, and then at Banco Santander Mexicano, from 1993 to 1997, as Regulations Manager in the Mortgage and Real Estate Studies area, as well as Assistant Director of Regional Support and Regional Technical Coordination in the Technical area and Appraisals area. From 1992 to 1993, I worked at the Secretariat of Finance of the Federal District as Head of the Systematization Department and Assistant Director of Real Estate and Unit Securities.
I have achieved the expected results and goals in all assignments, and I have always to established innovative and proactive measures for the corresponding company or organization.

Education
Urban Planner - National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). I have a diploma in "Administration and Finance in Real Estate" by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM), diploma in "Metropolitan Phenomenon: strategies, instruments and management alternatives" by the University Program of City Studies (PUEC) of the UNAM, and a third diploma in "Public Finance" granted by the Federation of Schools of Economists of the Mexican Republic. I have participated in many conferences, forums and courses related to real estate matters and urban development from 1990 to date, and as lecturer and/or speaker since 2001 to date.

From 2013, I have been a member of El Colegio de Urbanistas de México, A.C. and I am a founding member of that institution.
