Besides Colliers I have worked in CBRE, C&W (external subcontractor) and NAI Global.
I have 25 years experience in appraisal of real estate.
I have performed in excess of 600 appraisal reports of fee simple, leased fee and lease hold estates, as well as 5,000+ short valuation reports on distressed and non performing loans portfolios of Mexican banks and mortgage institutions.
I have performed market surveys, absorption surveys, feasibility studies and property condition assessment reports of numerous assets as well as large property portfolios.
Recipiant of the Appraisal Institute's George L Schmutz Memorial Award for the translation into Spanish of the appraisers text book: "The appraisal of Real Estate", 11th edition.
The book is used in the General Appraiser courses of both SRA and MAI educational paths to the Appraisal Institute.
