I have more than 5 years in real estate, starting my career in the marketing area and subsequently in the real estate commercial area.
I'm currently leading the commercial team, creating strategies for the leasing of shopping malls and corporate offices, as well as the development of new business for the company, selling the services of its business portfolio.
Throughout my career in the latter, i have managed to increase the occupancy of the entire portfolio in my charge by 70%.
In the last two years i managed to close a total value of approximately 89 million pesos in lease contracts.
