About Me
As the Business Development Director of Strategic Project Services (SPS), I manage the national strategy for a wide variety of projects and services, including Renovations, Project Management, Construction Management, Design & Build, General Contractor, and Turn-Key services for all types of commercial, industrial, corporate, retail and institutional real estate.
My expertise in business development is leveraged by understanding client's needs, budget and expectations. Our growth has been driven by superior client satisfaction and attention to detail due to; the development of account plans and account growth strategies; positioning, negotiating and developing strategies and solutions according to the client's needs; keeping a strict control of progress and commercial activity via detailed tracking process; and participationg in whole with the client (sale, construction, collection, post sale).
I have managed:
- Developing new business strategies regarding inbound and outbound market
- Opportunities for long-term business growth in client, markets and relationships
- Gaining new corporate accounts
- Achieving every annual sales goals
Among my most representative projects are: Turn-Key services for the relocation of Sodexo's new corporate offices in Mexico City (2,160 sqm), Construction Management of 3 Vesta's Industrial Projects (+/- 143,000 sqm), and Project Management Services of Pisa's Pharmaceutical new corporate offices in Mexico City (2,100 sqm).
