About Me
I help clients make good business decisions by providing independent and expert valuation of real estate properties for various purposes, such as for investment analysis, financing, and financial reporting.
I manage all the valuation projects in Myanmar, and I lead the Valuation team in creating valuation reports for various corporate clients. I do business development, account management, and project management of valuation projects.
I joined as the Senior Valuer in the Valuation and Advisory Services division of the Colliers International office in Yangon, Myanmar on May 2019.
I worked in the Valuation and Advisory Services division of the Colliers International office in the Philippines for around three years, where I also did account management and project management of valuation projects.
I had achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85% on all the valuation projects I worked on as the valuer and the account manager for 2018. I had achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80% on all the valuation projects I worked on for 2017.
