Investors got more active in Q3 2020, resulting in  a slow but continuous recovery in the investment market in Latvia and Lithuania.
 
 
OFFICES
Development of office space never actually stopped in all three Baltic capitals, though demand remained rather calm during the summer months.


RETAIL
Retail sector is continuesly trying to recover from the severe shock to the sector caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.

 
INDUSTRIAL
Industrial sector has suffered least during the COVID-19 outbreak. Modern warehouse space remains in demand and occupiers are looking for better quality premises.
