Engaged in office leasing brokerage business for corporations for 15 years, engaged in numerous corporate relocations as an advisor from property examination to relocation. In his previous job, he managed operations for five years as a branch manager in Osaka and Nagoya, and as a director, he also oversaw personnel, general affairs, and accounting for four years.

He moved to Colliers International Japan in January 2019. He participated in the establishment of the Office Leasing Division, the opening of the Osaka branch, and the establishment of a subsidiary, Colliers International Design and Build Co., Ltd.

• Engaged in the residential rental brokerage business for about 2 years

Six months after joining the company, he became the youngest chief at that time.

With extensive experience in the flexible workspace industry, Ai has helped hundreds of start-ups to global fortune 500 companies with advisory services for office space requirements in Japan and overseas.     

I joined Colliers in January 2018 and have been an assistant for 3 years in the Office Leasing Team.
