As Executive Director of Tenant Representation in Japan, John has extensive experience with transaction management, and supporting international firms for their relocation, consolidation, renewal and renegotiation projects. His scope includes the full breadth of project work, as well as the management and implementation of team objectives. With 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, he has represented numerous Fortune 1000 firms with their project requirements in Japan and has a track record of establishing and growing teams to reach key objectives and targets.
· Acted as the single point of contact for the consolidation of Medtronic/Covidien’s Tokyo Headquarter – 89k sqft
· Assisted in the successful relocation of Mercedes-Benz Japan’s Tokyo Headquarter – 47k sqft
· Provided support for ServiceNow’s first Tokyo direct office.
· Assisted in the leasing of WeWork’s first Tokyo location
