Hazumu Iwase

Hazumu is highly experienced in leveraged renegotiations for large commercial office related leasing projects.  He has over 20 years of experience with Colliers working for large multinational and domestic companies, advising and assisting them with their short-term and long-term real estate strategies.  Along with being a native Japanese speaker, Hazumu is fluent in English.
He also focuses on strategic alliances and corporate solutions for Japanese firms with outbound real estate requirements which is including in development/investment.  

He has represented over 150 Fortune 1000 firms in Japan as a principal with the commercial leasing team at Colliers International.
He is also representing a Japanese developer who has residential development projects in ASEAN countries.
