Our Methodology
Colliers has a well-defined SOP in place for handling such specialized assignments. As part of the assignment, the Colliers Team coordinates with different stakeholders, Statutory agencies / Authorities for necessary inputs as per the project's demands. Alignment within the team and Stake Holders is the USP of Colliers to deliver the project within the timelines.

As part of Colliers' scope and deliverables and the design analysis, review & verification of statutory documentation, the team also coordinated with other agencies like legal/consulting teams to achieve the Project intent. The cost analysis is a significant part of the process. Our QS team constantly assesses the cost part effectively and efficiently.

The evaluation findings are collated and deliberated with the Investor/stakeholders post, to which a Final TDD report is submitted for further consideration. Finally, we create a consolidated report for the client, but this is an iterative process. The conclusion is based on a detailed discussion with all the stakeholders and technical and non-technical teams.
