Vishesh has recently joined Colliers in Mumbai Office as an Associate Director in Industrial & Logistics vertical. The interactions with senior leadership and a clear vision ahead motivated him to join Colliers after a 7 year long successful stint with Knight Frank India where he was working in the Industrial and Logistics Service line.
He brings with him a wealth of relevant experience in the Industrial and Logistics domain having worked with clients across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Bangalore & Kolkata locations. Vishesh is a specialist in the Industrial domain as he started his career and has been working in the same service line in Knight Frank.
Vishesh believes in a holistic solution approach, wherein he becomes a one stop shop of any and all queries of the client. Belief in this approach of "one stop shop" has helped him upskill in technical knowledge in many challenging assignments involving chemical approvals, environment clearances, city development guidelines, costal regulations etc.
He would be part of Shyam’s team of Pan-India Industrial experts who have accelerated success of their clients across India and across the globe.
Having started his career in 2014, when Industrial and Logistics was still in nascent stage Vishesh initiated and closed one of the largest transactions in industry at the time with the client by the name of Pepperfry. It was the single largest warehouse transaction by any IPC for almost 2 years.
He has worked on challenging industrial leasing assignments in Bhiwandi and Ambernath, which required a lot of patience and innovative problem solving techniques.
He has also headed the Industrial transactions team in Pune for two years where he specialized in Industrial and Manufacturing Facility leasing with Major clients being Cooper Standard, Star Engineers, Amstrad.
He has also closed lease and land transactions in Butibori MIDC near Nagpur, Bommasandra near Bangalore and Bagnan near Kolkata.
