A capable, result driven civil engineering professional with more than 7+ years of experience in areas of project execution, QS & Planning in the hunt for a challenging mission as Site Engineer, QS & Planning Engineer in a reputed construction firm.
Holding the post of QS Engineer -Client Billing, Estimation, quantity surveying of Educational & IT Parks, Turn Key Projects/Negotiation /variation/preparing progress reports, reconciliation, approval of drawings, co -ordination with consultants, and Quality control on site.
Handled & maintain good relationship with the clients/ subcontractors/ architects and project management consultants.
In charge of site execution, co-ordinating with the subordinates in all aspects of work to achieve the target.
Maintained a successful track record of daily works and punctual delivery of works in time.
Successfully in tracking of requirement schedules of the project and intimating the seniors in the point of delays, slow down and record on issues subjected to the dates of completion of activities.
