A seasoned electrical and project management professional with over 38 years of experience in handling a plethora of projects which includes high voltage sub-stations, commercial, residential projects and mixed development projects in India and abroad

• Presently working as Senior Vice President at SYENRGY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PVT LTDs, which is taken over by Colliers International to take care of the MEP and other allied services on Pan India basis.
• Previously worked as a General Manager for National Petroleum Technologies LLC, MUSCAT, Oman since 2014. Basically on upstream and downstream products and services pertaining to Oil and Gas segment. Marketing the products through Independent oil producers and service providers in Oman. We have been approved vendors in PDO,Oxy and worked earlier for EOR Projects, Water treatment plants,Downhole tools ,Hydraulic Frack services, valves ,Magnetic level gauges .
• Apart from this, locally formed a company for sports related activities in Oman.
• Worked in India from 2011 to 2014 in Sriratana Electricals, Bangalore as a Chief Operating Officer to look after MEP related projects. Developed new clients such as BOSCH, ITC and increased the revenue figures to reach next level in the company.
• During 2003 to 2011,I was in Muscat and  was in- charge of the two companies namely Construction Services LLC and Hamed Engineering services. The prime task was to manage various Electro-Mechanical projects in the disciplines of Plumbing, Sanitary, Electrical and Air conditioning. Carrying out the Design, Engineering, Qty survey and supervision of the M&E Services for the Industrial and Multi-storeyed Buildings. Further execution of the Jobs starting from Shop Drawings, approvals, procurement, site execution and overall project Management with suitable cash flow projections for each individual project and overall company financial projections. The reporting directly to Owner of the company.
• Agent for ILJIN Electric Company for GIS, Transformer and EHV cables and PFISTERER Germany/Switzerland for Over headline, cable accessories and safety items.
• Entered into contract with foreign companies in executing over headline works for 132kv, 220kv and executed couple of projects in Oman. With able guidance from the experts of Oil &Gas team, we were able to enter into various agency agreements with US based companies. I was extensively involved in making draft agreements, technical supports, feasibility studies, market analysis, financial projections, cost control techniques, cash flow concept into each and every project and finalising the tax audits and financial returns for the company. It is highly challenging atmosphere which needs total dedication, honesty and belongingness to achieve company set objectives. Personally for me it was an amazing experience in a different country to prove your metal and professionalism to explore the market.
