About Me
Swapnil Anil is Director of Advisory Services for Colliers International India. He is P&L leader of advisory services in India - overseeing business and operations of west and mid markets i.e Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Raipur, Nagpur, Nashik, Bhopal, Indore etc.
He has over 16 years of experience pertaining to Advisory and Valuation - more specifically in Market Research, Transaction advisory, Business plans, Government advisory, Asset monetization studies, Valuations and other Urban development related Studies.
Prior to joining Colliers. Swapnil has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle (India), Cushman & Wakefield (India), Deloitte and HDFC Ltd.
Swapnil has rich experience in the fields of Real Estate, Infrastructure and urban development. He has executed many assignments including Demand assessment, Feasibility studies, Market Research, Portfolio optimization, asset monetization and various studies on Leisure, Entertainment, Hospitality and Tourism Sectors.
Out of more than 300 assignments he has handled till date, few distinguished ones are: Asset monetization for MSRDC, Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar Metro, Ahmedabad – Mumbai high speed rail corridor, GIFT city market assessment, Island development of Shiyalbet, Tourism master plan of Jamnagar, Due diligence of more than 145 properties for one of the largest NBFC, Smart city consultancy etc.
