An overall work experience of 23 Plus Years, with diverse Management expertise in Hospitality, Airport Management, Mall Managment and Integrated Facilities Management.

My Previous designation as Vice President at Knight Frank Karnataka, has given me a clear aspect to focus better on client Relationships by consitently engaging with them, which will further strengthen Client Relationship.   

Initial work experience involved working for The Taj Coromandel, The Residency & Palm Meadows with the 5 Star Hospitality Segment

Worked with the Dubai Civil Aviation / Airport, handling the New Departure Terminal, The Apron Level (Flight Docking) and Coordination with the team for Technical / Maintenance requirement activities at the Facility, for Soft Services Management, Work Process Improvements, Training aspects & Team Management of 350 Plus Operational Staff.

Worked as a GM - Mall for The Phoenix Bangalore - a 1. 20 Mil Sft Mall Premise, handling all Operations service lines including Maintenance Services, SOP preparation and Work Process Improvement, Handling Retailers & Customer concerns.

Prior to Joining Colliers was designated as Vice President IFMS for the Karnataka Region handling Key Account Clients with Knight Frank.
