Saurabh is a General Manager with over 14+ years of experience in the industry including 13+ years in Colliers International. He’s been responsible for end-to-end delivery of varied sizes of fit-outs delivered with aggressive timelines & stringent budgets. He’s an expert in Design management, Procurement & Construction management. He brings greater insight into various disciplines that together affect a successful completion of a project. He is well conversant with the system and procedures of project management process and is actively involved in Building Due-Diligence as well. Saurabh has taken multiple responsibilities at various occasions to meet dynamic needs of the projects. He has also been actively involved in Implementation of Standards of Practice, Implementation Process Documents (Formats), verifying the financial terms, adherence to safety compliances and Quality Control Tools & Procedures at various stages of project.

Saurabh has an excellent track record of successfully delivering projects within stringent budget and time constraints to a wide array of clients such as IT/ ITES, Financial, Corporate etc.

His experience includes working on LEED Certified projects, which has been awarded PLATINUM ratings by USGBC in the Commercial Interiors Category.

He participates in project review meetings for evaluating project progress, Identification activities critical to project, monitoring the progress on regular basis, timely closeout
