Saju Balakrishnan

Saju Balakrishnan joined Colliers International in the year 2019 at Bangalore Office as Director-Key Projects.

Colliers robust leadership and "client first" approach motivated him to join Colliers post his successful tenure of more than a decade and a half with CBRE. 

Saju brought with him a wealth of project management experience having worked with clients across India and abroad. Saju has worked with corporate and developer clients to provide project management solutions to clients across sectors like  Fit-outs, Greenfield brownfield and Industrial projects for over the last 23 years.

Saju has managed to provide project management solutions and complete more than 50 million SFT of construction and fit our projects for various clients.
