About Me
Naveen is detail oriented and self-motivated professional with over +5 years of experience in Project Management of residential, commercial and industrial projects in India and UAE. He is well acquainted with overall project life cycle, delivery process, system and procedures. He has an in-depth understanding of the project management principles and is adept at implementing the wide range of tools and techniques prevalent in the field.
His approach both as an Architect, Engineer and Project Management professional guides him to better deliver the project requirements. Additionally his emphasis on soft skills like communication, professionalism and strong work ethics bring him an added advantage in the field of project management.
His key strength areas are Vendor management, Project planning and scheduling. He has a keen interest in Project controls and Advanced construction practices along with Construction risk & Scope management. He is also aspiring for PMP and Six Sigma certifications.
Naveen has been involved in multiple responsibilities at various occasions to meet dynamic needs of the project and the company. He has also been actively involved in setting of various company practices and has shown a keen interest towards the growth of the organization.
In his current role at Colliers International as an Assistant Manager, Naveen is currently working on Flipkart PAN India projects in and has recently completed a warehouse projects for Flipkart, Amazon and OYO Coorporate office project. Was also involved in commissioning and handover of retail project of Marks & Spencer (Gurgaon).
Prior to Colliers International, Naveen worked as an Assistant Project Manager for Pulsar Group, Dubai on a corporate interior fit out project and couple of residential projects.
Naveen has also worked for Kolte Patil Developer Limited, Pune as an Engineer (Planning and Coordination) on township and commercial projects. He was involved in different stages of the project.

Naveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from Amity University.
He also holds a Post-Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune.
