With over 22 years of corporate experience in real estate, project management, customer support, & BPO operations across Asia Pacific. I have successfully worked in multiple geographies across all the regions.
As Director of Corporate Solutions Asia Pacific, I am responsible for account generation and management of key corporate clients in the region. In addition, I am also responsible for setting up the Lease Administration & Shared Service Operations in India and grow this business.
Currently located in Bangalore, India, I manages the team of Lease Administrators in Bangalore & Chennai, supporting the Global Operations in Corporate Solutions.
In 2010, was awarded the “Mark of Excellence” in Underwriter Laboratories for setting the First Lean Lab in India.
Over the past 15 years Linganath has setup multiple operation across multiple organization in India like Lease Administration, Tech Support and has been instrumental in growing this business Globally .
Have been in the Global Occupier Service domain for over 10 years and has been supporting more than 30 clients Globally and has represented clients such as Nokia, Vodafone, CornerStone, CA Technologies, IBM, Polycom, AMD, CHEP, Roche, to name a few.
