5)  Between 1982 to 1986 in Gokak Mills, India.
Having switched careers from the manufacturing sector in 2005, started my FM career as Corporate Client Relation Manager (IPM&SL) and was responsible to maintain relation ship with the key clients. Took over as the Regional Head Business Development, at the time of cessation (from the previous organsiation) was responsible for Business Development for PAN India.

Since joining Colliers International (India) Property Services Pvt. Ltd in October 2008, was successful in acquiring the following businesses;

Between Jan 2009 to Feb 2010; Property Management  Services for Springfield Apartments in Bangalore with 550 apartments spread over 12 acres. Services include the entire upkeep of the property.

Between April 2010 to June 2011; Facility Management Services for Alcatel – Lucent ,Bangalore for electro-mechanical services for their facilities in Bangalore

Since Jan 2011; Facilities Management Services for PMC Sierra. We have also started services for their second  facility since July 2012.

Since October 2011; Facilities Management Services for PWC SDC

Since May 2012; Tata Consultancy Services,

Since Sep. 2012; Texas Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. PAN India Contract.
Since 2013; Facilities Management Services for General Motors Technical Centre India Ltd.

Since April 2014: Have the distinction of acheiving a business of over 1.4 Million Sq. Ft with Tata Consultancy Services.
In 2015: Facilities Management Services for Cerner Healthcare Solutions India, Chemtex Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. & Purvankar
