About Me
Kishore has over 15 + years of experience. He has exhibited a passion for his craft and a deep concern for the welfare of his clients. This commitment is evident in his ability to successfully navigate organizations through growth, right sizing, brand and image re-alignment, change management and disposition of space, as well as aiding his clients through the challenges of mergers and acquisitions.
Kishore joined Colliers India in August 2018 to drive & grow business for Office Service in Hyderabad. He leads a team of 10+ experts and under his leadership Office Service was recognized as the Service Line of the Year 2019. In his career, he has handled 15+ million square feet of space & diverse assignments including lease/sale acquisition, lease renewal & renegotiation and disposition of real estate assets across geographies. Prior to his role in Colliers he has worked with leading IPCs for 9+ years.

He advises on all areas of corporate real estate including acquisition, disposition, transactional management strategy and on all forms of commercial real estate whether owned or leased. He plays very crucial role in providing real estate solutions to key corporate occupiers and developers.
