About Me
With total experience of over 10 years working with organizations like Arcop Associates and Tata Realties in the fields of Architecture and Project Management, Faizan has been associated with Colliers for more than six years and has been part of the Core Design and Build Team. His key skills include Cost Management, Procurement and Design Strategy and Coordination.
Faizan has hands on approach to the various stages of a project gained through exposure to varied genre of project each having their own specific requirements. His primary responsibilities includes delivering the project within the provided time frame achieve maximum output and mitigate any Project Risks in terms of Cost and Quality.
Faizan’s role has been instrumental in receiving repeat projects from Various Clients like PwC, TJX Companies, CH2M, NIIFL, IIFL, Tata Steel, Mongo DB. Wiley Publications, GSMA and TJX received Perfect NPS Score from Clients.
He was awarded the best Core Team Member in 2019 and projects like GSMA, TJX Companies were awarded as Best Fit-Out projects at Colliers Annual awards.

Faizan holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from Deptt. Of Architecture, Jamia Millia Islamia
He started his career as a Project Architect at Intesys Design Consultants and later on worked with organizations like Arcop Associates and Tata Realties and Infrastructure Ltd.
He joined Colliers as a Deputy Manager in Core D&B team in 2013 and has now been associated for more than six years and currently working as Senior Manager.
He now leads Cost Management and Procurement for North Region.
