About Me
Having more than 9 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate domain, I am a diligent self-starter, continuous learner, opportunities seeker for growth and development and a highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and also adaptable to new environments, challenges and increasing level of responsibilities.
I have vast knowledge in Lease Abstraction / Administration, Lease Audit, CAM Audit, CAM Administration, Late Fee Processing, Database Management and Maintenance, Gross-Up Calculations, Percentage Rent Analysis and Various Retail Concepts.
Have hands-on experience in various Real Estate ERPs that includes Work Trac, Manhattan, Prolease, Harbor Flex, Yardi (Genesis, Voyager, etc.,), Accruent (LA), Lucernex, Horizon, Planon, Visual Lease, MRI, Portfolio, Big Center and CoStar.
Right now, providing my support to develop Automation Tools to enhance the AI process.
Throughout my career, I have handled more than 500 projects and worked for more than 50,000 leases which includes retail, office, equipments, residential and tower leases and other such service agreements and licenses.
