About Me
Bharat is responsible for leading the fit-out project management business for North & East India as a part of Occupier services.
With over 19 years of experience operating in a fast paced, always demanding and ever – changing environment of commercial sector, Bharat has demonstrated as a clear thinker and having an ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure.
Highly analytical, he’s been recognized for being able to lead and deliver high quality assignments. Area of expertise includes Design Management, Program Management, Project planning, Design & Build and Technical due diligence. Asset classes served includes Commercial interiors for IT / ITES, Consulting, Retail, Developer’s commercial spaces, Food and Beverage and Industrial sector.
His mantra revolves around two things: Improving customer experience and adding value to all facets of the managed assignments.
Bharat joined Colliers India as Senior associate director in September 2018.
Bharat is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania and is a member of RICS.
Some of notable assignments delivered in Colliers are Microsoft R&D Center Noida which received tremendous feedback and media attention. Besides he is known in the industry of having an excellent track record of successfully delivering a wide array of portfolio and assignments across Corporate, Retail, F&B and Industrial sectors.
Some of the key clients served are Microsoft, Accenture, Google, DLF, Brookfield, Amazon, Cinepolis, Marks & Spencer and Metro cash & carry.
