Ankit’s vast knowledge base comes from his educational experience & working with various industry stakeholders such as Project Management Consultancies, Architectural consultancies and Clients.
His USPs include expert planning skills, design reviews, proficiency with technology and software tools, attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of architecture and management.
Ankit Sharma has consistently shown his ability to set and follow standards and value engineering in projects. With his adverse knowledge of architecture, fit-out, construction and management helps to add as a multitasking resource for project.
He has shouldered the responsibility for project coordination & handover within given parameters and handled multi dimension projects such as, corporate offices, food court, Auditorium in Project Management and residential, industrial, Certifications etc as Architect. Ankit, an Architect (Government College of Architecture, Lucknow, 2010-15) by Qualification has managed all aspects of development work from concept to close-out. He started his career as an architect and gradually started managing projects for Studio Fountainhead. In 2016, he went for higher education in Infrastructure Design & Management at IIT Kharagpur (2016-18).
Memberships & Involvements
Joined Colliers right after completion of his post-Graduation and handling all types of commercial projects for prestigious clients which includes high end office Interior Fitout, food courts, auditorium and retail. His hard work and dedication towards projects has been recognized by clients and associated teams.
Completed all Projects on-time as agreed with client and within the approved budget (no backlog so far). Recieved NPS score of 9 from Google and 10 from DLF & Brookfield. COmpleted Brookfield fitout in a record 45 days (2 floors) along with major design change management from NTT data (end client).
