Richard Bielenberg

Agency expert in the Development Land sector. Mainly specialising in the acquisition and disposal of land to include residential and commercial zoned land; land with rezoning potential and land for mineral extraction.

Richard has represented banks, private equity firms and Receivers on the disposal of their portfolios. He has also acted for and advised builders and developers on their pricing and development strategies.

Richard also has completed valuation and Feasibility exercises on behalf of the state and local authorities. In many cases he collaborates with consultants and sub-contractors to include architects, planning consultants and quantity surveyors.

Richard heads up the Development Property Team in Dublin where he focuses on the sale of Irish land. He has over 18 years of experience, over that time he has worked on all sectors to include property management, rent reviews and commercial valuations.

• Has completed a number of large development land transactions for clients to include, Ulster Bank, NAMA, BDO and Grant Thornton.
• Property advisor to institutional clients, services to include the public procurement of property services as well as the acquisition and disposal of state assets.
• Has represented US funds on the valuation and review of Irish NPL portfolios, clients to include Lonestar and Cerberus.
