About Me
Associate, Valuation and Advisory Services
- Ferenc worked for various banks, investors and asset management companies in Hungary as a valuer dealing with a wide range of properties including residential, commercial, office, industrial and special purpose real estate. In addition to real estate, he has experience in equipment and portfolio valuation as well.
- From 2015 he worked as a valuation supervisor for Fundamenta until 2017 when he joined the valuation supervisor team at Erste Mortgage Bank.
- His work with financial institutions covered statistical indexation of property portfolios, review of residential and non-residential valuations and he contributed to several valuation related IT solutions, some of which are becoming industry standards in Central Europe.
