Tommy brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the entire spectrum of project management and delivery, including scheduling, cost and quality control, managing the project team, contractors and suppliers, as well as the day-to-day communications with clients and project stakeholders.
With an exceptionally client-focused mindset, Tommy is one of the most experienced project management specialists with accomplished recognition from clients for the projects he previously delivered.
Tommy has a proven track record of delivering small- (500 sq ft) to large-scale (140,000 sq ft) projects across all market sectors in Hong Kong, which includes new build, restack and cost consulting services.
