Her expertise lies in managing construction and fitting out projects from initial scope of work, budgeting, scheduling to procurement, execution, and completion. She is highly involved in the project management processes through delivering projects, such as issuing project progress report (meeting minutes and weekly project reports), risk report, budget control, schedule report, involved in the tender packages, tender recommendation, payment certification and closeout reports.
