About Me
With 18-years experience in strategic and investment advisory, and having transacted over USD 2bn, I work closely with my clients to maximize the potential of their hotel and commercial real estate assets in Hong Kong and across key regional and international markets. This includes local and cross-border acquitistion and disposal advisory, asset repositioning, market entry, portfolio diversification, operator selection, hotel and mixed-used development, ESG advisory, transaction advisory and M&A.
Advising from both an operational and investment perspective, my clients include hotel and resort investors, hotel operators, serviced apartment groups, co-living groups, multifamily investors, developers, PERE funds, REITs, family offices, private investment groups and UHNWIs.
By understanding and aligning with my clients' needs, I draw on our Colliers global platform and capaibilities to provide solutions to accelerate our clients' success, whether in Hong Kong, across Asia or other key overseas markets.
I have diverse experience across the hotel, commercial and luxury residential real estate sectors with an emphasis on European and Asian markets. Having been based across Hong Kong, London and Spain, my work has included hotel and investment sales, commercial and residential sales and leasing, acquisition and repositioning analysis and strategic partnership sourcing - including identifying hotel management, serviced apartment and residential branding opportunities.
Key accomplishments include:
- Disposal of 5 Broadgate in London on behalf a Hong Kong owner for c. GBP 1.21 billion (CoStar Impact London Deal of the Year Award 2022)
- Advisory for hotel investment groups and operators on strategic opportuinities across China and SE Asia.
- Acquisition of a c. GBP 220m+, 165,000+ sqft Grade A office buildng in London for private investors in Hong Kong
- Divestment of a renovated office building in London's tech hub for a Hong Kong owner
- Securing a 5-star 330+ key hotel in China for a luxury hospitality group as part of a major mixed-use project
- Consulting for a major US developer and hotel group to explore hotel and residential branding / development opportunities in China and SE Asia
- Investment, acquisition and repositioning analysis for hotels and office buildings in Hong Kong, Thailand, London, Maldives, Madrid, Barcelona and Washington DC
