About Me
Rosaline specialises in consultation and advisory projects in all types and sectors. She has been involved and demonstrated her capabilities in conducting real estate market and feasibility studies relating to industrial, data centre, residential, office and retail sectors.
Prior to working at Colliers, she provided Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) consultation services to listed and non-listed companies in various industries including property developers, manufacturers, service providers across Hong Kong, PRC and South East Asia.
With her years of exposure to the ESG industry, Rosaline adopts an innovative approach to blend ESG insights into her projects relating to retail, residential, industrial and data centre development research and advisory services.
Due to the increasing awareness of ESG in the property industry, Rosaline's skills are in high demand. She had recently completed several advisory projects by integrating her ESG skills. One of her key accomplishments was securing a large-scale heritage revitalisation project for a client. She had also performed numerous ESG consultation services to various sectors of clients.
Education
Rosaline studied the Bachelors of Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering (Hons) at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University. With the arising demand in environmental and sustainability talents, she is a value-adding team member in the advisory team, who is able to provide relevant services and prompt our clients the emerging and potential ESG considerations and rsks.
