John has worked on some of the landmark transactions during his Hong Kong career, a selection of the most notable transactions would include :-

Office Sales and Purchase

512,342 sq.ft. purchase of One Bay East, West Tower, Kowloon East on behalf of a major insurance company (2012)

207,555 sq.ft. purchase of the mid-zone of Kowloon Commerce Centre Tower 2 on behalf of  asset manager (2014)

195,881 sq.ft. purchase of the mid-zone of Exchange Tower, Kowloon Bay on behalf of a Hong Kong Core Income Investor (2013)

Office Leasing

503,000 sq.ft. new lease at Kwun Tong 223 , Kowloon East on behalf of a major Insurance Company (2009)

115,000 sq.ft new lease at Somerset House, Quarry Bay on beahlf of a Chinese Bank (2004)

Industrial Sales and Purchase

Units at Remex Centre (approx. 26%), Wong Chuk Hang purchase on behalf of a HK Developer (2019)

En-Bloc Cold Storage, Kwai Chung Sale and Leaseback purchase by way of a Sale and Leaseback  (2020)
