Mr. Kwong is a qualified general practice surveyor. He has near 15 years’ experience specializing in valuation, land matters and property development.
Mr. Kwong had worked in both Lands Department and Rating and Valuation Department. He also worked in a real estate consultancy firm for over 6 years. He joined Colliers in 2020.

Mr Kwong graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying and completed the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the University of Hong Kong in 2013.
Memberships & Involvements
Mr. Kwong is a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Mr. Kwong is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice).
