Angela So

Angela is a chartered surveyor with years of experience in providing real estate services in Hong Kong and APAC property markets. Angela provides advisory services for property developers, major corporate organizations, financial institutions and real estate funds in connection with property investment, economic and property market research, development feasibility studies, master planning of projects, financial analysis and real estate strategic advice.

Prior to joining the private sector, Angela worked for the Lands Department of the HKSAR Government where her main responsibilities were to prepare appraisals for a variety of local properties and land uses, consider and advise development potential of land, prepare tender/lease documents and communicate opinions on development proposals among government departments.

Angela is now a Director with the Valuation & Advisory Services Department of Colliers International. She is responsible for business development, management and execution of consulting assignments across Asia which include the provision of professional advice on land administration, valuation and financial analysis for properties in different sectors. She is also involved in providing feasibility studies, comprehensive market research as well as strategic advice for investment projects.

Angela is a member of the Harbourfront Commission of HKSAR Government which plays an advocacy, oversight and pro-active advisory role in the envisioning, planning, urban design, development, management and operation of the harbourfront areas of HK.
