About Me
Alfred specialises in Hong Kong investment properties. He is involved in large-scale disposal and acquisition for sites, whole block buildings, retail and office spaces. His responsibilities include financial analysis, property analysis, financial modeling and discount cash flows valuation for investment properties.
Alfred is also responsible for preparing property’s background information, marketing proposals as well as investments presentations.
Prior to Hong Kong Capital Markets, Alfred worked in Colliers’ Auckland Property Management as an Assistant Accountant. The team manages a leasehold portfolio with over 200 properties in New Zealand. He is responsible for financial reporting, all incomes and expenditures related matters. Alfred also gained facilities management experience in the role; setup and implement facilities management system and process for the property portfolio.
