About Me
Nikos is the Managing Partner of Colliers Greece, responsible for the firm's transaction advisory and asset management offering. He has more than 15years of experience in property transactions, valuations and real estate management.
His expertise includes real estate portfolios assessments, investment appraisals, due diligence coordination and deal sourcing. Nikos is also managing NPL collaterals underwriting work and advising on the implementation of strategic real estate asset management solutions. He works with major investors, developers, banks and auditing firms. In the past, Nikos was heading the asset management of a 220,000m² commercial real estate portfolio, whereas he gained also experience in residential development projects in summer destinations.
