Myrto Theochari

Myrto is an Associate in the Commercial Advisory team. She conducts market research for both bespoke deliverables for the majority of asset classes in the Greek real estate market, and valuation mandates she is engaged in.

Myrto also provides support in the analysis, update and collection of datapoints kept in the firm’s internal database relating to non publicly available transactions of both residential, and commercial properties. She has also been involved in commercial due diligence and appraisal projects of mixed-use portfolios. In the past, Myrto worked as Business Development Manager in an AIF, managing accounts of institutional and high-net-worth investors.
