About Me
Konstantinos is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor with proven track record in real estate valuations, market research and feasibility studies. He is also experienced in property management solutions to major landlords.
He is responsible for valuations, market research and analysis services to investors, banks, insurers and auditors. His responsibilities also include, feasibility studies and technical due diligence. Konstantinos is also involved in implementing property management solutions. Previously, Kostas worked for L.P. Ellinas Real Estate and Danos & Associates, in affiliation with CBRE in 2007-2008 and in affiliation with PNB Paribas in 2009-2010.
