About Me
Chris is a Director at Colliers Greece. He is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and brings to the firm substantial professional expertise in real estate valuation and commercial advisory. He is also experienced in aspects of real estate sustainability. He currently heads the Commercial Appraisal and Underwriting project engagements.
Chris is responsible for the provision of commercial advisory services to corporate clients for IFRS valuation reasons, for investment underwriting and feasibility studies to investment clients as well as for commercial due diligence services for sale maturity or preacquisition purposes. In addition, Chris develops benchmarking property portfolio databases and investment modelling tools. He is also involved in agency services liaising with landlords, occupiers and investors.
