About Me
Aris is a Senior Associate at Colliers Greece. He brings professional expertise in commercial and financial advisory, being experienced in real estate valuation and commercial advisory projects, as well as hospitality market benchmarking analysis.
Currently, he is actively engaged in the provision of commercial advisory services to corporate clients, investment underwriting and feasibility studies to investment clients, as well as commercial due diligence services for sale maturity or preacquisition purposes.
In addition, Aris conducts investment appraisals and analyses large real estate portfolio databases, while he is responsible for developing financial modelling and investment valuation tools.
