I have more than 15 years of experience in the property market. As the Managing Partner, I led formation of Colliers and managed the development of B2B platforms for investments. Oversaw real estate consulting of more than 25 international companies and delivered number of high volume transactions for brokerage services.

My experience encompasses an array of fields from property sales and marketing to business development and management, covering sectors of insurance, banking, retail business and the real estate.

Over past 8 years, all the brokerage deals closed successfully amounted to USD 90 million.

As the Director of Commerce and Marketing at Dexus Group, I had managed to increase brand awareness by 70% and to close large volume sales contracts. 

My tenure as the Director of the largest consumer electronics retail chain in Georgia, Elit Electronics was marked by doubled franchise contracts for the company, regional sales increase by 85%, company chain expansion by 35% and significant profit maximization.

As the founder and the Managing Director of the largest mobile electronics retail chain in Georgia, Mobi Ltd, company acquired 38% of mobile electronics market share within 2 years. After 3 years of operation company was successfully sold out.
