Ramaz Sharabidze

I am the head of Research & Publications Department in Colliers Georgia since October 2019. My professional career has started with valuation, where I have more than 3 years of experience. I have specialized knowledge in different asset classes such as residential, office, commercial, hotel, industrial & mixed-use real estate, movable properties, agricultural and non-agricultural land parcels. Market insights that I have worked on so far encompass residential, retail, hospitality, office, industrial and logistic sectors.

I have more than three years of valuer experience and have provided hundreds of valuation reports of all major asset classes. I have done appraisals for variety of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, legal & management decision making.

Since 2012 I participate in quarterly and monthly residential real estate market research in Tbilisi and Batumi. In 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019 I was working on the major research project of Real Estate Market Overview in Georgia, initiated by Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Tbilisi City Hall, Partnership Fund and Enterprise Georgia.

Some of the regional projects that I have worked with the Development Advisory are shopping centres in Batumi, outlet village project nearby Rustavi, masterplan of Abastumani and Mtskheta, several hotel developments projects in Adjara, Imereti and Kakheti Regions.
