About Me
I am a real estate broker with more than 8 years of experience in real estate industry for public and private sector organizations. Over my career, I was working on state owned properties in privatization and in hotel investment sector across Georgia and internationally as well. After joining Colliers in 2020, I have started working for sale and lease transactions in commercial brokerage, both in landlord and tenant representations.
As a representative of National Agency of State Property, I was coordinating the Investment project “50 Property for your hotel”. More than several millions of dollars were allocated for property privatization: Gurjaani Resort “Akhtala”, Tbilisi Chonkadze Street, Tskaltubo Sanatoriums.
After joining Colliers Brokerage Team, I work actively on the development of www.officemap.ge platform.
Clients: JSC Nexus, LLC Wolt Georgia, M2, Redix, Asian Development Bank, Best Western Hotels, Vake Plaza, Green Dighomi, Georgian Capital and etc.
