Lidia Chilashvili

Over 6 years of experience working as a senior architect. Joined Colliers in the summer of 2022. In my couple of months at Collier's, I developed concepts and planning for several shopping malls in Telavi and Tbilisi, a public school - Komarov, an office tower near river Mtkvari, private house settlement in Bazaleti. Krtsanisi residential towers.

I am skilled in all phases of architectural services of design and construction, including site measurement, preparation of existing plans, schematic design, design and concept development, construction documents, and construction administration. I’m good at coordinating with other employees in the architectural, real estate consultants, and engineering disciplines.

Previously worked at the prominent Georgian architectural company - Khmaladze Architects. My work has been primarily oriented toward designing residential apartments, headquarters, offices, hotels, multi-functional complexes, wine factories, and private houses.

Some of the notable architectural projects I have been a member of are as follows, Alliance Highline Tbilisi, Pasha Bank headquarters and hotel in Tbilisi, Qeda multi-functional resort in Adjara, upcoming hotel in the center of the Zugdidi,  private houses all around Georgia, and, village-themed settlements.
