Leo Chikava

I have been working in Colliers for over Five years and have been involved in more than eighty projects directed towards researching real estate market in Georgia, which encompasses residential, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and logistics sectors. I am an accredited GIS specialist.  For the past two years, my main objective was improving the company’s data management and accessibility through developing software application. I have prior experience in real estate valuation and marketing.

As a research analyst at Colliers International Georgia, I have worked on more than 20 real estate concept development projects, Tbilisi business center classification methodology, residential real estate liquidity methodology for Bank of Georgia and up to 80 market research reports in residential, retail, hospitality, office, healthcare, industrial and logistic sectors.
